Silfies Hires Cianci

 

Nazareth, PA – FT Silfies is please to announce the hiring Rebecca Cianci as Director of Human Resources.

 

Rebecca Cianci joins Silfies as Director of Human Resources from PF1 Professional Services in Tampa, FL.  Rebecca received her BS in Government from Campbell University, her M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University and her Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  “Rebecca is the consummate Human Resources professional with a diverse background in business as well as serving as a civilian lecturer to the Marine Corps.  She also has a teaching background and is the author of several published documents and books on Management and Entrepreneurship which will support our training needs as we grow,” according to Sheeler.

 

“A company is only as good as its people and people don’t necessarily make a company great, having the RIGHT people do,”  added Sheeler.
